Visceral Bodywork is one of those topics that I find many bodyworkers are interested in, but most are too intimidated to pursue. This kind of bodywork isn’t something that’s covered in our core training, as it is a rather advanced practice. It requires an ability to listen deeply to access these hard-to-reach areas of the body.
That being said, one doesn't have to be fully certified in a specific visceral bodywork modality to be able to address these areas. Most training on the viscera requires practitioners to sign up for lengthy and expensive certification programs. For example, I learned the basis of the techniques taught in these courses during my Rolfing® training years ago.
After taking some time to refine my approach in my private practice, I wanted to create an accessible way for bodyworkers to learn these profound techniques. It was important to me to make this powerful approach something that bodyworkers could immediately integrate into their existing manual therapy practice.
So, I made three separate courses covering over 6 different visceral territories offering practitioners just like you the opportunity to learn all about the viscera. This bundle includes the following courses (approved by NCBTMB and Florida State for a total of 7.0 CEUs):
- Visceral Bodywork: Heart and Lungs (3.0 CEUs)
- Visceral Bodywork: Bladder and Intestines (2.0 CEUs)
- Visceral Bodywork: Liver and Kidneys (2.0 CEUs)
